Description

This cozy Pumpkin Spice Latte is the perfect homemade version of the popular coffeehouse favorite. Made with real pumpkin puree, warm spices, and your choice of milk, it’s creamy, comforting, and ready in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strong hot coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 2 cups milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup (or more to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat. Slowly warm until hot, but do not boil.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and hot coffee or espresso.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spices as desired.
  4. Divide between two mugs.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
