Ingredients

  • 1 lb cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
  • 3 ears corn, cooked and kernels removed
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 23 tablespoons lime juice (from 12 limes)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (or 3/4 teaspoon table salt)
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
