Description

Creamy, citrusy, and wonderfully refreshing, this sugar-free Brazilian lemonade is a keto-friendly twist on the classic. Made with fresh limes, sugar-free condensed milk, and powdered Swerve, it’s a low-carb way to cool down on hot days.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium limes
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup powdered Swerve Sweetener
  • 4 cups water, divided

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the limes into quarters or thick slices.
  2. Place limes, sugar-free condensed milk, sweetener, and 2 cups of water into a high-speed blender. Blend for 15–30 seconds (avoid over-blending to prevent bitterness).
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher filled with ice. Discard the solids.
  4. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of water. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  5. Serve immediately, chilled.

Notes

  • Use fresh, thin-skinned limes for less bitterness.
  • Do not over-blend; blending too long can release bitter oils from the lime peel.
  • Chill all ingredients before making for best results.
  • Optional: Add mint leaves or lime slices for garnish.
