Description

This fluffy Strawberry Whipped Cream is a quick and easy 3-ingredient topping that’s bursting with strawberry flavor. Perfect for cakes, cupcakes, pies, or even hot cocoa, it’s a light and fruity twist on classic whipped cream that holds its shape beautifully.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (473ml) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (56g) powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jello powder

Instructions

  1. Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill.
  2. Remove from the freezer and add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and strawberry jello powder to the bowl.
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture for 4–5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form and the whipped cream holds its shape.
  4. Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, pies, or top hot cocoa. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • Chilling the bowl and beaters helps the cream whip faster and hold its structure better.
  • Adjust the sweetness by reducing or increasing the powdered sugar slightly, based on taste preference.
  • This whipped cream can be piped onto desserts and holds up well for decorating.
