Ingredients
- 2 cups (473ml) heavy cream
- ½ cup (56g) powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons strawberry jello powder
Instructions
- Place a metal mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 15 minutes to chill.
- Remove from the freezer and add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and strawberry jello powder to the bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture for 4–5 minutes, or until stiff peaks form and the whipped cream holds its shape.
- Use immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, pies, or top hot cocoa. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
