Description

This Strawberry Lemonade is the perfect balance of sweet and tart with fresh strawberries and bright lemon juice—perfect for sipping on a warm summer afternoon!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups strawberries (about 1.5 lbs, sliced and stemmed)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1¼ cups fresh lemon juice (about 68 lemons)
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 3 cups club soda

Instructions

  1. Blend Base: In a blender, combine sliced strawberries, water, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove seeds and pulp.
  3. Mix: Transfer the strained mixture into a large pitcher. Add the club soda and stir gently.
  4. Serve: Pour over ice and enjoy immediately! Garnish with lemon slices or strawberry halves, if desired.
