Description

A refreshing, non-alcoholic smoothie blending strawberries, pineapple, and coconut milk into a creamy tropical treat that’s perfect any time of day.


Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup coconut milk or coconut cream

1 optional ripe banana

12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Place frozen strawberries, pineapple chunks, and coconut milk into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add banana or coconut yogurt for a richer texture and blend again.
