Ingredients

- 1 tsp hot sauce

- 1-2 tsp fresh minced rosemary
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Prepare the whipped ricotta: In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the ricotta, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Spread the whipped ricotta evenly in a shallow bowl and set aside.
- Make the hot honey: In a small bowl, mix together the liquid honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes until fully combined.
- Assemble the dip: Drizzle the hot honey mixture evenly over the whipped ricotta. Sprinkle the top with chopped walnuts and freshly minced rosemary for garnish.
- Serve: Offer the dip with crackers or crostini for dipping and enjoy immediately.
- Optional crostini preparation: Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice a baguette into 1-inch thick pieces and brush one side with olive oil.
