Description

These no-bake Peanut Butter Bars are rich, creamy, and irresistibly chocolatey with only five ingredients! Perfect for peanut butter lovers, they come together in minutes and are ideal for an easy dessert or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled (226g)
  • 1½ cups creamy peanut butter, divided (396g)
  • 1¾ cups powdered sugar (210g)
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (240g)
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (270g)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter and 1¼ cups peanut butter using a hand mixer (or whisk by hand) until fully combined.
  3. Add powdered sugar and mix until well incorporated, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  4. Fold in graham cracker crumbs using a silicone spatula until the mixture is fully combined.
  5. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and refrigerate while preparing the topping.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and the remaining ¼ cup peanut butter. Microwave in 30–40 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth (about 2 minutes total).
  7. Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and smooth into an even layer.
  8. Chill the bars for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  9. Once chilled, cut into bars using a warm, sharp knife for clean slices. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Chill bars thoroughly for easy slicing and to allow the layers to set properly.
  • Use a warm knife for clean cuts—run it under hot water, dry thoroughly, and slice.
  • You can use either semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips depending on sweetness preference.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week.
