Description

This Peach Simple Syrup is a sweet, fruity addition to your favorite beverages, like cocktails, lemonades, teas, and even desserts. With only three ingredients, it’s quick to make and adds a burst of peach flavor to any drink!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peaches (or fresh, if preferred)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, add the frozen peaches, sugar, and water.
  2. Simmer: Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Cook: Let it simmer for 10 minutes until the peaches have softened and the syrup has thickened slightly.
  4. Cool: Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool for about 30 minutes.
  5. Strain: Once cooled, strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer into a bottle or jar, removing the peach solids.
  6. Store: Store the peach syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
