- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 to 4 tablespoons water (or more for a thinner consistency)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, minced garlic, and 3 tablespoons of water to start. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy, adding the remaining water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Season: Add kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, whisking again to evenly incorporate the seasoning.
- Store: Transfer the dressing to a sealed container and refrigerate. It will keep fresh for up to one week.
