This Honey Chili Garlic Shrimp is a sweet, spicy, and garlicky stir-fry that’s ready in just 15 minutes. Juicy shrimp are pan-seared and tossed in a vibrant sweet chili sauce for an irresistible weeknight dinner or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1¼ pounds shrimp (20 to 25 count), peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with minced garlic and kosher salt.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp turn orange and opaque.
- Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and toss to coat.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with rice, noodles, or vegetables.

- Add a squeeze of lime juice for brightness.
