Ingredients
- 2 cups 2% cottage cheese (500g container)
- 1 cup fruit of choice
- 1–3 tablespoon honey (depending on sweetness preference)
- Optional: 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1.5 medium bananas for a creamier texture
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender or food processor, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour the blended cottage cheese mixture into a freezer-friendly container with a lid.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully frozen.
- To serve, run an ice cream scoop under warm water to easily scoop out the ice cream and enjoy.
Notes
- The texture will be creamiest if bananas are included.
- Use any fruit you like—berries, mango, or peaches work well.
- Adjust honey based on the sweetness of your chosen fruit.
