Description

This Edible Cookie Dough is a quick and safe-to-eat treat that comes together in just 10 minutes! Made without eggs and with heat-treated flour, it’s perfect for satisfying cookie dough cravings any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour*
  • ½ cup Land O Lakes® Salted Butter in Half Sticks, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place the flour in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. This ensures the flour is safe to eat.
  2. Transfer the flour to a cool dish and refrigerate until completely cooled.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar together with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in the milk and vanilla extract, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. Add the cooled flour and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  7. Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
