Description

These Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are flavorful, bite-sized morsels packed with savory turkey, tender stuffing, and bursts of tangy cranberry. Baked to golden perfection, they make a perfect appetizer, side, or festive snack.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded

2 cups prepared stuffing (any style)

¾ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped

½ cup finely diced onion

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp dried sage (or 1 tsp fresh)

1 large egg, beaten

23 tbsp vegetable or olive oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease it lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix turkey, stuffing, cranberries, onion, garlic powder, sage, and beaten egg until evenly combined.
  3. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 1½-inch balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush or spray each ball with oil for a golden finish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and heated through.
  6. Cool slightly and serve with gravy, cranberry chutney, or honey mustard if desired.

Notes

Add shredded cheese for a cheesy variation.

Enhance flavor with fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.

Adjust spice by adding cayenne or red pepper flakes.

Substitute cornbread or gluten-free stuffing if preferred.
