Ingredients
1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup cooked crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp Old Bay or seafood seasoning
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: chopped parsley or paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, crab meat, green onions, seasoning, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon about 1 Tbsp of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll into crescent shapes and place sealed-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley or paprika if desired, and serve warm.
