Description

Chocolate Oreo Lush is a no-bake, multi-layered dessert featuring a crunchy Oreo crust, smooth cream cheese filling, rich chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped topping. Finished with Oreo crumbs and chocolate curls, it’s a perfect treat for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 36 regular Oreo cookies
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • First layer:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • Second layer:
  • 7.8 oz instant chocolate pudding (2 boxes)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • Third layer:
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • Toppings:
  • Crushed Oreos
  • Chocolate curls (optional)


Instructions

  1. Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and confectioners’ sugar. Mix until well combined. Fold in Cool Whip gently.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled Oreo crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding and cold milk. Beat on low speed until the pudding thickens.
  6. Spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer. Chill for another 10 minutes.
  7. Gently spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
  8. Top with crushed Oreos and chocolate curls, if using.
  9. Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
