Description

Filled with thinly sliced deli turkey, plump tomatoes, creamy avocado, and a zippy Cajun mayo, these wraps are bursting with flavor and ready in just 8 minutes!


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 3 to 4 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 large tortillas
  • lb deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup leafy green lettuce
  • ½ large avocado, sliced


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce to make the Cajun mayo.
  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon (or more) of the Cajun mayo onto each tortilla.
  3. Layer half of the turkey, tomato slices, lettuce, and avocado on each tortilla.
  4. Tightly roll up each wrap and secure with a toothpick if needed.
  5. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Customize the heat level by adjusting the amount of hot sauce to your taste.
  • Use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for a healthier twist.
  • Wraps can be made ahead and stored tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 1 day.
