Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 3 to 4 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
- 2 large tortillas
- ⅓ lb deli turkey, thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup leafy green lettuce
- ½ large avocado, sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce to make the Cajun mayo.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon (or more) of the Cajun mayo onto each tortilla.
- Layer half of the turkey, tomato slices, lettuce, and avocado on each tortilla.
- Tightly roll up each wrap and secure with a toothpick if needed.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.

- Customize the heat level by adjusting the amount of hot sauce to your taste.
