Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, add 1 cup cashew butter, 2 tablespoons honey, 1-2 scoops of vanilla or cake batter protein powder, 1/3 cup oat flour, 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 3 tablespoons sprinkles. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are evenly combined and form a thick dough-like consistency.
- Form the Balls: Using your hands, scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into small, bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, ensuring they hold together well.
- Coat with Sprinkles: Roll each ball in additional sprinkles to coat the exterior evenly, adding a festive touch and extra sweetness.
- Chill and Store: Place the finished protein balls in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator. Keep chilled until ready to serve to help them firm up and maintain their shape.
