Ingredients

- 2/3 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork or pastry cutter. Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter, then whisk to combine.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
