Ingredients
- For the Steak Bites:
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin filets, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- For the Butter Sauce:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Season the steak bites: In a large bowl, add the cubed sirloin steak, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss the steak cubes to evenly coat them with the seasonings.
- Cook the steak bites: Add the seasoned steak cubes to the preheated air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes. Flip the steak cubes over and continue to cook for another 2-5 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Prepare the butter sauce: While the steak bites are cooking, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
- Coat the steak bites: Once the steak bites are done cooking, transfer them to a serving bowl. Toss them in the melted butter mixture until they are evenly coated. Allow the steak bites to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately!

- Storage: Store leftover steak bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Reheating: Reheat the steak bites in the air fryer at 350°F for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
