Description

Air Fryer Steak Bites are quick, tender, and packed with flavor. The Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar create a savory-sweet seasoning, while the garlic butter sauce elevates the dish to perfection.


Ingredients

  • For the Steak Bites:
  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin filets, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • For the Butter Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Season the steak bites: In a large bowl, add the cubed sirloin steak, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss the steak cubes to evenly coat them with the seasonings.
  3. Cook the steak bites: Add the seasoned steak cubes to the preheated air fryer in a single layer. Cook for 6 minutes. Flip the steak cubes over and continue to cook for another 2-5 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
  4. Prepare the butter sauce: While the steak bites are cooking, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Coat the steak bites: Once the steak bites are done cooking, transfer them to a serving bowl. Toss them in the melted butter mixture until they are evenly coated. Allow the steak bites to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately!
