Description
This Air Fryer Salmon is quick, easy, and packed with flavor. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it’s the perfect healthy dinner ready in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Pair with rice, veggies, or salad.
Notes
- Cooking time may vary slightly based on the thickness of your salmon fillets.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- For a milder flavor, omit the cayenne pepper.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated in the air fryer for a few minutes.
