Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets (4–6 ounces each), thawed if frozen
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, mustard, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Brush both sides of the halibut fillets with the seasoning mixture.
- Place fillets in a greased air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
