Description

This Air Fryer Halibut recipe is a quick, healthy, and flavorful way to enjoy tender, flaky fish in just 10 minutes. Seasoned with olive oil, mustard, smoked paprika, and garlic—no breading needed!


Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets (46 ounces each), thawed if frozen
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, mustard, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Brush both sides of the halibut fillets with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Place fillets in a greased air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Air fry for 8 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
