Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning

- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 Tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 ½ teaspoons cajun seasoning, and 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Stir until you achieve a smooth mixture.
- Marinate the Chicken: Add the bite-sized chicken breast pieces into the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Set aside to allow flavors to meld.
- Make the Garlic Butter Baste: In a separate bowl, mix ½ cup very soft salted butter with 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic salt, and 1 teaspoon black pepper until well combined.
- Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Ensure that the skewers fit inside your air fryer; trim if necessary to accommodate the size.
