Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Line a large plate with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Mix until a thick dough forms. If adding extras like chocolate chips, fold them in now.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on the lined plate.
- Refrigerate or freeze the brownie bites until firm, about 15–30 minutes.
