Description

These 3-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies are an easy, healthy, and budget-friendly snack or dessert. Made with ripe bananas, oats, and chocolate chips, they’re naturally sweet, soft, and perfect for meal prep or satisfying your sweet tooth without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the oats and mini chocolate chips to the mashed bananas and stir until fully combined.
  4. Scoop the mixture into evenly sized balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on the bottom.
  6. Allow cookies to cool completely before serving.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

Notes

  • Use very ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and best texture.
  • Try adding cinnamon or a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
  • For a nutty twist, stir in chopped nuts or a spoonful of peanut butter.
  • Great for breakfast on-the-go or a quick post-workout snack.
